Born in
Newfoundland & Labrador
Berg was born in Newfoundland and Labrador. It's a wild, remote place at the edge of the continent, where dramatic coastlines meet the cold North Atlantic and ancient icebergs journey south through Iceberg Alley. Known for its untouched landscapes, rugged beauty and pristine waters, this remarkable corner of the world is more than our home, it’s an essential part of what makes Berg products unlike anything else.
Travel Through
Iceberg Alley
Every spring, ancient icebergs break free from the glaciers of Greenland and the Canadian Arctic and begin an extraordinary journey south through the cold North Atlantic. Carried by powerful ocean currents, they travel thousands of kilometres before passing the rugged shores of Newfoundland & Labrador — a legendary stretch of ocean known as Iceberg Alley.
It is here, surrounded by wild coastline and some of the cleanest, coldest waters on earth, that ice formed thousands of years ago completes its journey.
And it is here that the icebergs used to craft Berg are harvested.
15,000 years in the making. Worth the journey.
Our
Values
Berg is proudly rooted in Newfoundland & Labrador, and as we grow, we believe that growth should create value here at home. That means investing locally, creating meaningful employment, supporting rural and coastal economies, and working with Newfoundland & Labrador businesses wherever it makes sense.
Our connection to this place also comes with a responsibility to protect what makes it extraordinary. We are committed to thoughtful growth, responsible environmental practices and continuously finding better ways to reduce our impact.
Every bottle of Berg carries a piece of Newfoundland & Labrador with it. As Berg reaches new markets, our ambition is to build more than a globally recognized water brand — we want to share the story of our province, its people and its remarkable natural environment with the world.
Remarkable by
Origin
What makes Berg different begins thousands of years before the bottle. Ancient iceberg water, formed long before modern industry and carried south through the cold North Atlantic, is at the heart of a product defined by its remarkable origin, purity and simplicity.
Combined with an ultra-low mineral profile, balanced pH and a carefully controlled purification process, Berg delivers an exceptionally clean, soft and crisp drinking experience. Its subtle character and neutral finish allow it to complement everything from a great meal to a glass of fine wine, rather than competing with it.
But Berg is about more than what’s inside the bottle. It is a connection to Newfoundland & Labrador — a place known around the world for its rugged coastline, pristine natural environment and the ancient icebergs that pass its shores each year.
From its extraordinary source to its premium glass presentation, every element of Berg is designed around one simple idea: when nature gives you something this remarkable, do as little as possible to get in the way.
